<p><b>Gary Hynes</b>, a former sommelier, chef, and innkeeper, founded <i>EAT Magazine</i>, a bimonthly publication that celebrates food and drink in British Columbia, for which he was the editor. In 2011, Gary and the team at <i>EAT</i> worked together to create <i>Island Wineries of British Columbia</i> from their shared knowledge of excellent wine and BC's unique culinary scene.
