<p><b>Julie Paul</b> is the author of two previous short story collections, <i>The Jealousy Bone</i> and <i>The Pull of the Moon</i>, and the poetry collection <i>The Rules of the Kingdom</i>. <i>The Pull of the Moon</i> won the 2015 Victoria Book Prize and was a <i>Globe and Mail</i> Top 100 book. She lives in Victoria, BC.</p>
